Columbus, Ohio - Pregnancy Decision Health Centers LIVE BROADCAST, September 24th at 7pm
Pregnancy Decision Health Centers (PDHC) remained open despite a pandemic to help women
during difficult pregnancies. PDHC adapted how they served the community and hundreds of women benefitted from tele-visits, moving parenting classes online and individual pickup times to get supplies like diapers, car seats and clothes. Now PDHC will pivot again to raise the funds it needs to continue to serve women, families and babies in central Ohio.
If 2020 were like any other year, PDHC would be preparing for its annual fall fundraising dinners that bring in $200,000 from individual donors. However, 2020 hasn’t been like any other year and PDHC will not gather hundreds of donors together in a room for a couple hours.
“Changing these indoor events to short online events, is just the right thing to do,” says Kathryn
Barbour, PDHC Events Coordinator. “We are pro-life and that means protecting all lives, including the unborn and the donors that stand up for them. We trust God for our needs and pray people will still give their financial support without the dinner and in-person presentation.”
Join us online for our Live Broadcast on September 24th from 7p-7:30p. During PDHC’s Live
Broadcast, learn about new ways PDHC is serving the community. Hear from PDHC’s new President, Kathy Scanlon and Guest Speaker Rebekah Hagan on her pregnancy decision journey. Register to attend at SupportLifePDHC.org.
“At PDHC, we are not changing who we are or what we do. We are coming together as an incredible team of passionate and dedicated individuals to adapt and adjust the ways we are meeting the needs of those who need us most amidst this crisis,” says Kathy Scanlon, PDHC’s President. “God’s perfect timing allowed PDHC to join the Abortion Pill Rescue Network at the end of 2019 in preparation for this global crisis we are currently facing. We are now equipped to help women who regret taking the abortion pill and want a second change to reverse their abortion decision and save the life of their baby. We have already saved lives.”
Medication abortions account for nearly 40% of all abortions in the United States. That number
continues to rise as abortion providers offer abortion pills right here in our community and women can order abortion pills online and have them delivered right to their doorsteps.
