Volunteer
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at PDHC. We greatly appreciate your willingness to contribute to our ministry. We offer scheduled volunteer opportunities Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, usually twice a month or more. Our regular volunteers commit to a minimum one year of service. Our Volunteer
Process
1
Introduction
The first stage is attending an introductory session. This session serves as an opportunity for us to provide you with an overview of PDHC and the various volunteer opportunities available. We will explain our mission, values, and the specific areas where volunteers are needed. This session will help you gain a better understanding of our organization and enable you to make an informed decision about your volunteer role.
2
Onboarding Session
Once you have decided to proceed with volunteering at PDHC and your application has been received, we will invite you to attend an onboarding session. During this session, you will receive detailed information about your specific volunteer role. We will provide you with training materials, guidelines, and any necessary resources to ensure that you are well-prepared for your responsibilities.
3
Start Volunteering
Once you've completed your introductions and onboarding sessions, you'll likely be eager to start making a difference. PDHC will assess your skills, interests, and availability to place you in a role that aligns with their needs and your preferences. Depending on your assigned role, you may undergo specific training or orientation sessions to ensure you have the necessary knowledge and skills.

We understand that not everyone may be able to commit to this time requirement. If you are unable to commit to this type of service, we have alternative ways for you to be involved in our ministry. These include holding diaper drives, donating baby and maternity clothes, participating in events, and engaging in daily prayer.
