I enrolled in the Family Empowerment Program and attended the classes every Monday and Thursday. I was taught so many things about how to take care of my baby, such as CPR, safe sleep, playtime together, tummy time, and having time for myself. I felt confident and proud and now I have so much experience as my baby just turned one year old. My husband was also enrolled, and we are grateful for all the experiences and help we received.” ~ Patricia
