Why Truth? Why Hope? Why an Anchor with a Lotus Flower?
TRUTH – We live in a time when disinformation and misinformation dominate the news, social media, and daily conversations. At PDHC, we believe every woman has the right to continue her pregnancy. No woman should ever feel forced to complete an abortion she no longer wants. In our centers, nurses provide medically accurate information, so she is educated and empowered. At our gala, we will dive deep into the truth about chemical abortions, the success of Abortion Pill Reversal (APR), women courageously choosing life, and the redeeming power of Christ. Our truth lies in scripture, “If God is for us, who can be against us?” Romans 8:31.
HOPE – At PDHC, we believe every woman deserves love and support during an unexpected pregnancy. We believe no woman should feel so alone, coerced, or so hopeless that she ends her child’s life through abortion. Hope is desperately needed. At our gala, we want to surround you with stories of hope and courage seen and experienced in our centers every day.
ANCHOR – Universally, the anchor represents hope, steadfastness, and security. For early Christians, it was also a discreet symbol for Christ—the firm and unshakable hope we have in Him. At PDHC, we listen, open options, provide her with vision and value, and extend and empower her with support and resources as beautifully written in the L.O.V.E Approach, authored by Dr. Peggy Hartshorn, PDHC founder.
LOTUS FLOWER – The lotus flower is a powerful picture of transformation, symbolizing the journey from darkness into light—a journey many of our PDHC clients know firsthand.
