thank you for 20 years

Many of you have heard the news that after 20 years of service to PDHC, I have stepped away to prioritize my family. Thank you for the kinds words of support and appreciation I received. It has been my pleasure to work with all of you during my time at PDHC.

I am glad that PDHC is in a position of strength that allows me to do this. It has been wonderful to watch our organization grow stronger and to reach more women and families in need of pregnancy help than ever before.

It has been a privilege to serve alongside such a tremendous group of staff and volunteers. They are dedicated to this mission, and God has equipped them. I am excited that the Board of Directors named Kathy Scanlon as PDHC’s Interim President.

Kathy is well-loved by many. She has great experience serving on PDHC's leadership team and as PDHC’s Director of Community Engagement. You may know her from her extensive work with church partners and organizing PDHC’s big events - Golf for Life, Walk for Life and our Celebration of Life in September. She has already started on plans for this year’s events. You will not want to miss those! Kathy is truly a “people-person.” If you haven’t met her yet, I am sure you will enjoy getting to know her.

I have often said that this ministry is not about any one person, but how God calls all of us together. Your prayers, support and service make such a difference for life. Thank you! God is faithful, and I know He will continue to rescue lives and impact generations for years to come through PDHC.
